The articles being sold could be temporarily out of stock. In such case our esteemed Customers will be informed via e-mail within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the purchasing order. If the article ordered should no longer be available, we will reserve the right to cancel the purchasing request and credit back any amount already paid.

Shipment and withdrawal
The articles ordered will be sent via the shipment method chosen in "Methods of Shipment."
The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser, therefore our esteemed Customers are informed that any claim for damages to the goods must be communicated immediately at the moment of receipt of those same goods, by signing the receipt "subject to reservations" and indicating the type of damage.
The Customer is protected by the Italian legislation as regards the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 15/01/92 n 50).

The customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without incurring any penalty and without giving any explanation, in compliance with the conditions that follow.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- when the essential conditions of integrity of the good (box and/or its content) are lacking
- when the good and possible consumption materials have been used, even if only partially
- when the external box and/or the original inner packaging are missing
- when the integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts) are missing
- when the product is damaged for causes other than its transport
In the cases mentioned above, Northwave will return the purchased good to the sender.
Companies may not exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer will have to send an email with return receipt requested to the address indicated below within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the products ordered.
In order to obtain a refund for the amount paid, the customers will have to send back the purchased products to the following address at their own expense:

The items to be returned will have to be sent back within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods through any carrier, forwarder or shipping company of the customer's choice.
The expenses incurred to return the product will have to be paid by the customer.
